Welcome to Lachlan IT Online for Semester 1, 2010.
At Lachlan IT Online, we specialise in the delivery of networking, web design and foundation level Information Technology (IT) using flexible delivery techniques. Study from home over the internet, but with the individual support of dedicated specialist IT trainers. The courses available range from Certificate II to Diploma Level and come from the ICA05 Information and Communication Technology Training Package.
For over a decade now, Lachlan IT Online has contuined to grow, supporting students from across Australia. We even support their study as they travel the world following employment or adventure. In addition to our online learning resources we use use podcasts, web conferencing, remote access facilities and good old fashion personal contact to provide a comprehensive learning environment for our students.
We are also excited to be using our new virtual online IT lab which allows remote students access to a wide range of network and operating systems resources from a broadband internet service. This new facility was part of an Australian Flexible Learning Framework Project in 2009 and was completed by our staff in partnership with VMware. The new internet services was premiered at the eLearning 09 Conference in Sydney.
So, our work in virtualization combined with our Cisco Network Academy and Microsoft IT Academy status makes Lachlan IT Online a comprehensive solution for all your IT training needs! Our graduating students will have the latest skills, giving them a competitive advantage in a tight employment market.
