This is the resource page for the Certificate IV in Information Technology, specialising in Network Management. This course is designed to give students a wide range of skills in the area of Networking including the ability to install and manage specialised network devices such as domain controllers, intranet servers and network hubs/switches. Students who complete this course should be able to manage medium level LAN based networks. They will also be able to provide high level helpdesk support to other computer uses within an organisation.
